You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use MyInterviewer. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to access or collect data from users without consent

MyInterviewer uses artificial intelligence to simulate interviews and provide feedback. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated responses are educational and not a guarantee of real-world outcomes
• Feedback is generated automatically and may not be perfect
• You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided

If you use our voice assistant or enable video analysis:

• You consent to the temporary collection and processing of your audio and/or video during each session
• Recordings are automatically deleted after your session (unless explicitly saved by you, if that feature is enabled)
• We will never use your voice or video data for training AI models without your explicit consent

All content and materials on MyInterviewer—including logos, designs, text, code, and AI models—are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

If you purchase a subscription or premium service:

• Prices and billing cycles will be clearly stated before payment
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• We do not offer refunds for unused time or features unless required by law

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the integrity of the platform
• Misuses or abuses our services or systems

You may also terminate your account at any time.

MyInterviewer is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or useful for your specific case

We are not responsible for any losses or outcomes based on your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyInterviewer and its team will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, income, opportunities, or business
• Errors or inaccuracies in feedback or analysis

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that location.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
